Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs, apple cider, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet with space between them.
