  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter (cubed, for streusel topping)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened, for frosting)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened, for frosting)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for frosting)
  • Pinch of salt (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
