  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a bowl, combine the warm spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well mixed.
  5. Grease a baking pan and layer half of the meat sauce followed by half of the creamy spaghetti mixture; repeat layers. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
