  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips gently.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets with space between each one.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let them cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
