  • 6 chicken hamburger buns, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 8 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. In a bowl, mix torn buns with melted butter and sesame seeds.
  6. Layer half the bun mixture in a baking dish, followed by the beef mixture and half the special sauce; repeat layers.
