  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal

  • 16 oz caramel candies (about 11-oz bags), unwrapped
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in mini vegan marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispie cereal until coated; press into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle salted peanuts evenly over the mixture.
  5. In another saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream over medium heat until smooth; pour over the peanut layer.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and pour over the caramel layer; spread evenly.
  7. Allow to set completely before slicing into squares.
