  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and some parmesan.
  5. In a baking dish, layer ziti pasta, sauce, and cheese mixture repeatedly. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
