  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated, divided)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded, divided)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a large bundt pan.
  2. Cut each pizza dough tube into ½-inch pieces and roll them into balls.
  3. In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the dough balls, then add Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and half of both cheeses. Toss to coat.
  4. Layer half of the cheese mixture in the bundt pan, followed by half of the seasoned dough balls, one cup of shredded chicken, and half a cup of Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers and finish with remaining cheeses on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
