  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup M&Ms (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Gently fold in vegan marshmallows and M&Ms (reserve some for topping).
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Press reserved M&Ms on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
  7. Lift from the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
