Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/4 cups holiday M&M's
  • 1 cup mini pretzel sticks (crushed)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in oats, M&M's (reserving some for topping), crushed pretzels, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
  5. Roll dough into balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes; rotate the pan and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
