  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.
