  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out tortillas and evenly divide the filling among them. Top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
  5. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
