  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown (about 5–6 minutes per side). Remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Stir in orzo and toast for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add spinach until wilted.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; simmer for another 2 minutes before serving.
