  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach

  1. Cook the penne pasta in well-salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
