  • 1 cup chopped leeks (or green onions)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine the cubed stuffing, leeks, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans in a greased 5-quart Crock Pot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and ground mustard. Pour over the stuffing mixture and gently mix until well combined.
