- 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
- 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
- 2–1/2 cups cooked pulled beef
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 30 dill pickle chips (drained)
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
- 1–1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1–1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1–1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected and place in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and three tablespoons melted butter; spread half on the bottom rolls.
- Layer half of the Swiss cheese over the bottom rolls, followed by chicken, pulled beef, pickles, and remaining cheese.
- Combine five tablespoons melted butter with garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and sea salt; brush over the top of the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
