  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk, softened
  • 5 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, brown the salted butter over medium heat until golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with granulated and icing sugars until smooth.
