  • 1 tablespoon nondairy milk (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, nondairy milk, and eggs until fully blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.

  6. Pour half of the batter into the greased pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add remaining batter and finish with more cinnamon-sugar on top.
