  • 5 ½ oz white chocolate (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup double cream
  • 3 ½ oz unsalted ground pistachios
  • 3 ½ oz kataifi pastry (chopped)
  • 9 oz milk chocolate (finely chopped)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add vegetable oil and water; whisk until smooth.
  3. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan; pipe long strands of batter in circular motions until set.
  5. Cool kataifi strands on a towel, then toast in butter until golden brown.
  6. Melt white chocolate with double cream; mix with ground pistachios.
  7. Combine toasted kataifi with pistachio cream and chill for one hour.
  8. Roll chilled mixture into balls and dip in melted milk chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate until set; serve cold.
