  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pipe the batter into the donut pan evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  8. Coat each donut with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
