  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a large 9×13 baking dish with melted butter.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Spread the frozen vegetables evenly over the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together milk and Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix; pour over the layered ingredients without stirring.
  6. Combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in the same bowl; pour over everything without stirring again.
