  • 1.5 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer the frozen meatballs at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add baby potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped onion on top of the meatballs.
  3. In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; pour over the layered ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until everything is tender.
  5. If desired, thicken the gravy by mixing cornstarch with water and adding it during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve hot with plenty of broth and veggies.
