- 1.5 pounds frozen meatballs
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Layer the frozen meatballs at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add baby potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped onion on top of the meatballs.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; pour over the layered ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until everything is tender.
- If desired, thicken the gravy by mixing cornstarch with water and adding it during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot with plenty of broth and veggies.
