  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • Sesame seeds & nori strips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
  3. In another saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; season with salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering noodles with creamy sauce and topped with spicy chicken, green onions, and optional garnishes.
