Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground turkey
1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the ground turkey and cook for about 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned.
Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend flavors.
Return the sautéed cauliflower to the skillet. If needed, add chicken broth for moisture and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
