Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes, seasoning generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender; remove and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter. Sear the steak for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant—about a minute—then return the potatoes to the pan and toss everything together.
  4. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to heat through; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
