Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Optional: Grated cheese or sun-dried tomatoes for added flavor

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, and salt. Gradually mix in warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal portions. Shape into balls and place in the muffin tin. Let rest for another 20 minutes.
  5. Mix minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, flaky sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Press dimples into each muffin ball and spoon the mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
