Instructions

  1. Prepare your bread cubes by cutting them into cubes and letting them dry overnight or lightly toasting them in the oven.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté diced onions and celery until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, herbs, salt, pepper, and chicken broth until well mixed.
