  • 12 ounces salsa verde
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 slices pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
