  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup white grape juice (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
