Ingredients
Scale
1 turkey breast (any size, bone-in or boneless)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Splash of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned turkey in a roasting pan and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, sage, thyme, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning; simmer until slightly thickened.
Baste the turkey with the glaze every 20 minutes during the last hour of cooking.
Allow the turkey to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
