  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, and peppermint extract until well combined.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, add unsweetened almond milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Fold in mini dark chocolate chips gently.
