  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Set aside some crumbs for topping.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and half the vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip whipping cream with granulated sugar and remaining vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Layer half of the mixture over the crust, then spread cranberry sauce on top.
  7. Add remaining cream mixture and sprinkle with reserved crumbs mixed with chopped pecans.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
