  • two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (about 10 ounces)
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Let it cool slightly, then whisk in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and coconut over the crust. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
  6. Bake for an additional 25 minutes until bubbly and set.
