  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
  • Extra crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook the seasoned steak for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses until melted.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with sauce in the skillet and toss until well coated.
