  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
