  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cooked Turkey Bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 2 brioche buns, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Rub with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for about 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Add cheese in the last minute.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with adobo sauce and lime juice for chipotle mayo.
  4. Toast brioche buns until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by spreading chipotle mayo on both bun sides; layer with avocado, grilled chicken with melted cheese, Turkey Bacon, and jalapeños.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
