  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together chopped spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it in half.
  4. Spread half of the filling on one piece of puff pastry; layer the other half on top.
  5. Cut into strips and twist each strip into a swirl shape.
  6. Brush with an egg wash (beaten egg mixed with water) for color.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 22-24 minutes or until golden brown.
