Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 vanilla cake sheet (about 9x13 inches)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 15 Golden Oreos or shortbread cookies, crushed
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare a thin vanilla cake sheet and ensure it cools completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled cake sheet and line up sliced strawberries along one edge.
  4. Roll the cake tightly from the edge with strawberries to form a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  5. Crush Golden Oreos or shortbread cookies and mix with melted butter. Unwrap the chilled roll and coat in the crumb mixture gently.
  6. Slice into 12 one-inch rolls using a sharp knife.
