  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter (softened, for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Tear bread into bite-sized pieces and toast on a dry pan for about 1 hour.
  2. Chop onion and celery; sauté in melted butter over medium heat until soft.
