  • All-butter pie crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare your all-butter pie crust according to recipe directions and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add pure pumpkin puree and mix for another 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour in melted butter and vanilla extract; mix for one minute until combined.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
