  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 lb twisted pasta (fusilli or your choice)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves minced garlic
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (divided)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain but do not rinse.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add chicken cubes seasoned with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning; cook until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
  4. Mix in Parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning; let simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
