  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 6 oz block feta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes into wedges. Slice the cucumber into half-moons, thinly slice the red onion and green bell pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and Kalamata olives.
  3. Place the whole block of feta cheese on top of the salad.
  4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
