  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt; stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. Chill the crust while preparing the filling.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and flour and mix well.
  5. Incorporate vanilla bean paste and extract, followed by eggs one at a time.
  6. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and cooled brown butter until smooth.
