  • apple cider vinegar
  • granulated sugar
  • lemon zest
  • orange zest
  • lemon juice
  • poppy seeds
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blanch broccoli in salted boiling water for 20 seconds; transfer to ice water to cool. Drain and dry.
