  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  2. Stir in onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  5. Blend the soup using an immersion blender for a creamy yet slightly chunky texture.
