Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced (3 for filling, 3 for sauce)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic (for filling), paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and spread the seafood filling evenly. Roll each tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté remaining minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving hot.
