  • 56 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons flour (for dredging)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 7 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Riesling
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, cook spaghetti to al dente, drain, and toss with butter and parmesan.
  2. Cook Bacon: In a skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Remove and leave some fat in the pan.
  3. Prepare Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear in the bacon fat until golden.
