  • 1012 frozen potstickers or gyoza
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 ounces white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 20 green beans, sliced into thirds
  • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup small diced onion
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden (2–3 minutes). Add water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes. Remove potstickers and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, stir-fry mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, carrot, and onion for about 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar (or honey), ginger, cornstarch, and cold water in a bowl.
  4. Return potstickers to the skillet with vegetables. Pour in sauce and toss to combine. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving hot.
