Instructions

  2. Peel the outer skin of the watermelon rind and slice it into desired shapes.
  3. Measure and add 300 grams of watermelon rind into the jar.
  4. Pour in 400 grams of water followed by 25 grams of sea salt.
  5. Shake the jar to dissolve the salt completely.
  6. Submerge the rind pieces with a fermentation weight, secure the lid, and let it ferment at room temperature for 14 days.
