- Water, vegetable oil, and whole eggs (as per mix instructions)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons red gel food color
- 1 1/4 teaspoons blue gel food color

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with baking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Divide the batter into three bowls: leave one white, add red food color to one bowl, and blue food color to another.
- Pour the red batter into the pan first, followed by the white batter. Top with the blue batter in a ring in the center.
- Bake for 39 to 44 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.
- Drizzle warmed frosting over top; decorate as desired.
